The Consultation
The service starts with a detailed consultation where we’ll review your consultation form and talk through your hair history, goals, lifestyle, and how you want your hair to look and feel. Your stylist will take the time to really understand your hair and what you’re looking for, while discussing the shape, length, texture, and details of your cut to create a plan that feels right for you.
The Dry Cut
The dry cut is used to remove length, refine the shape, or detail the haircut while your hair is dry. For curly, wavy, & coily cuts , your stylist will work with your natural curl pattern to create a shape that follows the way your hair naturally falls and moves.
The Shampoo & Condition
The shampoo and conditioning experience is a chance to relax while your stylist cleanses and conditions your hair with products chosen specifically for its needs. During this time, we’ll also discuss any recommended treatments or add-ons that could benefit your hair and enhance your overall service.
The wet cut
The wet cut is used to create and refine the shape of your haircut while your hair is freshly cleansed and wet. Your stylist will use your hair’s natural texture, density, and movement to create a balanced shape and precise finish that works with the way you wear your hair.
The Blow-dry Styling/Curl Definition

Your hair does not need to be freshly washed since your haircut includes a professional shampoo and conditioner. We recommend arriving with your hair relatively clean and without excessive product buildup. For certain specialty cutting services, such as our Cultivated Curly Cuts please arrive with hair styled the way you would normally style it (day 2 or 3), we will start with a dry cut and finish with a shampoo, condition, style, and detailing.

A Curly Cut is designed specifically for guests who wear their natural waves, curls, or coils and want their haircut shaped with their natural texture in mind. This service includes dry curl shaping, followed by a professional shampoo, conditioning treatment, natural curl definition, drying, and a final refining cut once your curls are styled.
Our Signature Haircut is a more traditional haircut experience that includes a consultation, shampoo, conditioner, customized haircut, and finished style. It is a great choice for guests who typically wear their hair straight or blown out, or who do not need the additional curl specific shaping and styling included with a Curly Cut.
If you wear your hair naturally curly most of the time and want your shape designed around how your curls naturally live and move, we recommend booking a Curly Cut.

A trim is still a haircut, whether you’re taking off half an inch or several inches, your stylist still takes the time to assess your hair, maintain your shape, and properly cut and finish your ends. Please book the appropriate Haircut service based on whether you are a new or returning guest and whether you need a signature haircut and blow out or a cultivated curly cut and style. If you’re looking for a completely new shape or a major change, be sure to select the haircut option that allows additional time.

Guests growing their hair may go longer between appointments while still scheduling occasional trims to maintain their ends and overall shape.
