Your Consultation
Every color appointment starts with a thorough consultation. We’ll talk about your goals, inspiration, hair history, maintenance preferences, and what you love or don’t love about your current hair. Your stylist will make sure you’re both on the same page before getting started.
Refreshments
Color appointments can take a while, so get comfortable. We have snacks and drinks available while you process. Feel free to bring your laptop, headphones, a book, or whatever makes your appointment more enjoyable.
Your Custom Formula
Your color is formulated specifically for you. We consider your starting canvas, previous color, hair texture, condition, desired result, and long term goals when creating your formula. We’ll also make adjustments throughout future appointments as your hair and goals evolve.
Your Finish
Your appointment includes a finished style so you can see your new color come together. Depending on your hair and service, we’ll finish with a blowout or natural styling that works with your texture and showcases your final result.

Some blonding goals require multiple sessions to protect the health and integrity of your hair. Your stylist will create a plan based on your starting point and long term goal.

A Partial Highlight focuses brightness through specific areas of the hair, typically around the face, part, and top sections. It is great for maintaining existing dimension or adding brightness without highlighting the entire head. A Full Highlight creates dimension throughout the hair, including the underneath and back sections, for a more overall blonde or dimensional result.

Most guests maintain their highlights every 8 to 12 weeks, depending on how much regrowth they are comfortable with and the type of blonde they wear. Softer, lived in blonding may allow you to go longer between full blonding appointments, while brighter or higher maintenance blondes may need to visit us more frequently. Your stylist will recommend a maintenance schedule based on your specific color.

Starting prices are based on the standard amount of time and product needed for the service. Extra length, density, additional product, complex placement, corrective work, or a goal that requires additional time may increase the final price. If your appointment needs to be adjusted, your stylist will discuss your service plan and expected pricing with you before getting started.

Arrive with your hair dry and relatively clean, without excessive product buildup. Your hair does not need to be freshly washed. Please complete the consultation forms and salon policies emailed to you after booking so we can review your hair history, previous color, current condition, and goals before your appointment. If we believe your selected service needs to be altered, we will reach out whenever possible before your visit.

Always tell us about previous color, even if it was months or years ago. Box color, professional color, henna, lightener, color depositing products, and other chemical services can affect how your hair responds to lightening. Your complete hair history helps us determine what is safely achievable and whether your desired result may require multiple sessions.
