With 13 years of hands-on experience and six years educating stylists across the industry, Jae doesn’t just do hair, they craft transformations. Known for bold vivids, lived-in blondes, and cultivated curly cuts, Jae Bee is all about breaking rules, building community, and making sure every guest leaves feeling like their most confident, authentic self.

The Salon Mom, also known as the Salon Success Director, is the heart of Alfa Jae Salon. They keep everything running smoothly behind the scenes and in the salon day to day. From managing the schedule and supporting the team to making sure guests feel seen, heard, and taken care of, their job is to make sure everything goes right. Whether it's solving problems, creating systems, or just showing up with good energy, the Salon Mom keeps the vibe strong and the salon flowing.
