Please be sure to have filled out your NGC form so we can be as prepared as possible for your services.

GET READY!

Be prepared to arrive to your appointment 5-10 minutes early.
If your stylist finishes their prior appointment early, they may contact you to see if you would like to come in at an earlier time.

We ask that you wear clothing that you dont mind being photographed in (we have ways to get hair pictures without showing your face if desired).
Since all clients do not fit in the shampoo bowls the exact same way, although we do our best, there is a small chance of color transferring onto your clothing, so please avoid wearing your favorite clothing, turtle-necks, high collars, or hoodies.

We have free parking in front of the salon & our entrance and bathrooms are handicap-accessible.

Our salon is a safe space for everybody regardless of race, religion, mobility, or status.

We are located on Kildaire Farm Rd, in the same parking lot as Starbucks & next to Torero’s Mexican Restaurant.

Once you schedule your appointment you will receive a text & email confirming that your spot is being held.
3 days prior you will receive a confirmation notice in which you need to confirm that you will be making it to your appointment.
49 hours before your appointment you will receive another appointment reminder.

ARRIVAL

When you arrive you will be greeted by one of our lovely ALFA team members who will instruct you to have a seat in the designated waiting area or head back to your stylist who is ready for you.

For your convenience and comfort we offer snacks, tea, water, and alcoholic beverages in our waiting area.

While we do offer some services for children, we want to remind you that Alfa Jae Salon is a salon centered around adults where some adult topics may be heard.
Please don’t allow children, or any guests, to accompany you to your appointment. As this is your time to relax and be pampered.

APPOINTMENT

Your appointment will start with one of our ALFA stylists doing a thorough consultation which includes going over your NGC Form, getting into depth as to what is possible that day for your hair, and mapping out a plan.
Once a plan is made and agreed upon your stylist will begin your service.

Complimentary snacks & drinks will be offered during your appointment, or you can opt for a silent appointment where you will not be questioned unless necessary for your service.

Once your service is complete you will be recommended products to take home & discuss a good routine for your hair maintenance.

Our ALFA Front Desk Coordinator will help you get settled, show you the recommended products, and book your maintenance appointment.

FOLLOW UP

After your appointment an ALFA team member will reach out to check in with you to see how your appointment went and for you to give any feedback. Any changes needed to your service must be addressed within 7 days of your appointment and we will be more than happy to accommodate you.

After your first visit, you become an ALFA VIP member which means you get loyalty pricing, access to more appointments, invitations to all events, notifications of all sales & discounts
