We have an online New Guest Consultation Form that we will have you fill out before booking your appointment. This ensures that we are 100% prepared for your appointment & that we can reach out for any additional needed information.
We want to provide the upmost ALFA experience for both our guests & staff. We kindly ask that you do not bring additional guests with you to your appointment unless they are also being serviced. This is your time to relax & unwind and we would like to offer relaxing & stress free appointments.

Jae B is Alfa Jae Salon’s Master Stylist & founder. Jae founded Alfa Jae Salon in 2017 when she branched out on her own with a vision for a salon type that she felt was missing in this industry. Her goal was to build a salon based in team work and diversity. In her salon all the stylists work together to provide a top notch salon experience for all types of people with all types of hair. Jae is not only a stylist but also a former educator & stage artist for PULP RIOT & now an educator & stage artist for DANGER JONES.
With over 10 years of experience Jae specializes in Blonding, Color Corrections, Transformations, Curls, Edgy Precision Cuts, & Vivid Colors.
Outside of the salon you can find Jae drawing, crochet, or reading. The best book she read recently was Trevor Noah’s Born a Crime. She loves to crochet amigurumi (little crochet toys) & you may spot a few around the salon. Jae has a major Hello Kitty obsession and if you want to brighten her day just sneak some Sanrio talk into the conversation. 🤍

The first thing that you should know about Ashlee is that she loves PINK! You’ll be able to tell which station is hers by the bubble gum pink tray that’s next to it. Ashlee, like Jae & Alicia, graduated cosmetology school from WTCC.
If you know Ashlee you know that she loves all the things girly including, Ariana Grande, iced coffee with almond milk & a caramel swirl, her favorite book is Looking for Alaska, & her favorite movie is, you guessed it, “Pretty in Pink”, she loves watermelon, & dolphins, and all things cutesy.
Ashlee specializes in Vivid Colors, whether it be bold, dimensional, peekaboo, or a money piece. She studied a lot of her vivid techniques closely under Jae B & has truly earned her title as a vivid specialist.
Ashlee also provides blonding, dimensional brunettes & reds, & curly cuts.

Beti

Advanced Stylist | Color & Clipper Cut Specialist | Full Body Waxer

Betelhem, better known as Beti, is a full body & advanced stylist at Alfa Jae Salon. She has advanced training in full body waxing and is a specializes in waxing sensitive skin. Beti does the most amazing clipper cuts and is so great with kids. She has become one of the “red specialists” in the salon because their has been a trend where all the clients that want go red end up chasing her.
Beti has a beautiful spirit that makes you feel safe and loved even when you first meet her. She is originally from Ethiopia and speaks multiple languages. She has experience in ALL hair types. Beti does a beautiful smooth blowout. Beti loves Mexican food & enjoys spending time with her family cooking, singing, dancing, & laughing.

Alicia is one of Alfa Jae Salon’s OG Stylists, she’s been with the salon from the beginning & has trained closely under Jae. She is from Milwaukee, Wisconsin & specializes in lived in blonding and dimensional color with a seamless grow out. She also likes to do peekaboo vivid colors and warm rich coppers and brunettes.
Alicia offers wedding hair & makeup services both in and out of the salon (on site).
Alicia graduated cosmetology school for WTCC (the same school as Jae) & has been working at Alfa Jae Salon for 3 years.
Alicia has been a pivotal part in the growth & success of Alfa Jae Salon with her determination to be great and hard work. When she’s not working she’s a night owl who enjoys going to the beach in spring time, drinking vanilla iced coffee with cream, eating pizza, or bumping some classic tunes by Celine Dion & a little Selena Gomez.
