Job Overview:
As the Front Desk & Social Media Coordinator at Alfa Jae Salon, you'll be the first point of contact for our clients, ensuring they receive the best customer service from the moment they walk through our doors. You will manage appointment scheduling, client inquiries, and ensure our salon operates smoothly while maintaining a welcoming and high-end experience and planning and coordinating social media posts and getting engagement.

Responsibilities:

  • Client Interaction: Greet clients warmly, check them in, and ensure their needs are met from arrival to departure.

  • Scheduling & Appointments: Efficiently book and confirm appointments for color, cuts, and curly hair treatments, ensuring optimal flow of the day’s schedule.

  • Customer Service: Provide personalized recommendations and product suggestions for curly, color-treated, or styled hair needs.

  • Salon Coordination: Keep the salon running smoothly by managing inventory, ensuring the space is tidy, and preparing stylist stations.

  • Communication: Maintain clear communication with clients and staff regarding appointment changes, cancellations, and special requests.

  • Administrative Support: Handle phone calls, emails, and client inquiries, ensuring a seamless and professional operation.SA

  • Social Media: Planning engaging social media posts, and documenting day to day activities.

Requirements:

  • Previous experience in customer service or front desk roles, preferably in the beauty or salon industry.

  • Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.

  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with a passion for helping clients.

  • Proficiency in salon management software and basic computer skills.

  • A professional and polished appearance, with a love for the beauty industry.
