OUR STORY
ALFA JAE SALON was founded in 2017 by Master Stylist, Jae B., who wanted to create a vibrant place for both stylists & clients from diverse backgrounds and cultures to vibe together in one place. We believe that every hair type deserves to be celebrated and transformed into stunning masterpieces, so we have put in the work to be able to bring joy to people who didn’t think their hair could look like their Pinterest inspo!
We have made not only a safe but also a creative space, where diversity shines and confidence is instilled. Our stylists are excited to work with hair of all types, textures, and lengths: short, long, curly, and coily, and hair growing back from loss due to medical reasons, such as post-chemo. We have the expertise and enthusiasm to tackle challenges that come your way, and make you feel good about your hair again. Diversity is welcome, and everyone leaves feeling fabulous.

With 13 years behind the chair and six years educating stylists across the industry, Jae brings a mix of experience, creativity, and technical expertise to every guest in their chair. They specialize in curly hair, custom color, bold vivids, blonding, extensions, creative cuts, and the kind of transformations that require a little extra problem solving.
Jae believes great hair isn’t about following every rule or chasing every trend. It’s about understanding the person in the chair and creating something that works for their hair, their lifestyle, and who they are. That same philosophy is behind Alfa Jae Salon, a space built for individuality, creativity, education, and really f*ckin good hair.
